What will you learn?
- The types of gas used in domestic dwellings and the requirements for correct combustion
- The effects that Carbon Monoxide can have on the human body
- Appropriate use of Carbon Monoxide detectors
- How to identify the signs of an appliance which has combustion/flue/ventilation problems in gas safety management
- The requirements for landlords under the Gas Safety Regulations
- The requirements for gas installers to work legally in domestic properties
- The actions necessary in the event of gas leak or report of fumes
What qualification will you receive?
Level 2 Award in Gas Safety Awareness in Social Housing
Or
Level 2 Award in Gas Safety Awareness in Residential Premises
