Fast track courses are designed to make sure that you can get up and running in your new career in the most efficient timescale possible.
Our fast track gas installer course is ideal for career changers, or people with some experience in a related trade. It’s the perfect route for anyone that wants to work hard and hit the ground running.
Traditional apprenticeships can take up to five years to complete and are commonly chosen by younger learners leaving school or college. Viva’s fast track training is designed for people who have experience working. Even if this is not in the same field, it is still valuable – attitude and drive are the most important attributes for our programme.
Prior to signing-up, we will assess you to check you have the right practical know-how to succeed in gas.
Are you looking for a return on your training investment?
Fast track courses attract a very specific type of learner – someone who is not only eager to get up and running with their new career but keen to start making a return on their investment into the cost for training as quickly as possible.
Owing to the very hands-on nature of the fast track course, the skills learnt are put into practice immediately. We even provide a work placement – a key part of the portfolio element achieving Gas ACS. Some of our trainees have walked straight into jobs.
Whilst apprenticeships can be an excellent way to get to grips with a new industry, completing a fast track course can be just as effective for the right learners, getting mature self-starters up to speed with the practical skills to hit the ground running: for a new career, to make you more valuable to your employer, or increase the types of services you can offer.
